Our Volunteers
Volunteers are the generators that power Hearthstone. Our dedicated, passionate volunteers do everything from greeting guests and serving as docents to hands on acquisition, curation, and preservation work. They take care of our gardens and maintain the residence. They help with events and even act in our theatrical productions.

New Volunteer Login and Scheduling
for Front of the House volunteers
We are testing a new sign up system that we think will be vastly superior to Volgistics (and cheaper too!). It is called JustSignUp. We are a Beta test site for the system and the developers have been truly great to work with.
Starting with shifts on Oct 29 and thereafter, if you are signing up to greet, give tours, be a house manager, help with holiday open houses, or any other “front of the house” activity (meaning you interact with guests), please use this sign up button or scan the QR code to the left to pull up the system on your phone. All to you need to do is input your name and email to get started.
