Sequential Killers of the Victorian Age - Season Seven Full Script (Newest version is Aug 30)
Rehearsal schedule is every Wed (6:00 pm) and Sunday (4:30 om) through October 2. The last two rehearsals will be dress rehearsals open to performer friends and family free of charge. The general schedule is as follows:
Above is the most recent (Oct 4) performance schedule. Please contact George (gschroeder@hearthstonemuseum.org) with any changes (48 hour notice required on changes).
Those playing the roles are bolded for each night. The other names listed are those who have availability to perform the role assuming that they are not already listed for another role on that night.
Detectives can reorder themselves by mutual consent each night before the first tour begins. However, some shifts are LOCKED as noted on the schedule so that players can perform in front of their friends and family.
Backup Detectives will also help greet where needed. They are highlighted as well. It is super easy to do but essential.
General Notes:
Curtain is at 6:00 pm every Friday and Saturday night and this year, on Halloween as well.
Please park on State Street to leave the parking lot free for our guests.
Arrive anytime you think necessary to be ready to go (in costume, in place, ready to start your performance) by 5:30 pm.
At the end of the night, you may leave after your last performance is done. Please exit through the kitchen door, quietly, and without running into any tour that is still in progress. However, keep in mind that you will not have access to the costume room until after the last tour leaves. Do not go upstairs until the last tour leaves.
No one walks to the parking area on State Street by themselves. This safety measure is long-standing and non-negotiable. If another performer is not ready to leave when you are, our great parking lot volunteer, Gary Coopman, will walk you to your car.
If for some unavoidable reason you cannot make a performance that you are scheduled for, please contact George as soon as possible (again, 48 hour notice required). We need time to find a backup, if at all possible.
Thanks again for all of your support and in making our most important annual fundraiser so successful.
